Why can't I send a higher top-up amount?
All accounts have transaction limits for security reasons. If you are
provided with lower top-up options than usual, you may have reached
your limit.
Transaction limits should be automatically removed from your account within the next 24 - 48 hours.
WHY CAN I not send the top-up?
Sometimes a number you are trying to top-up may not be in service, is
incorrect or you have chosen the wrong operator or the wrong country.
Please try to verify numbers in advance to avoid this.
In the Bantoo Top-Up app, we will automatically try to detect the country and mobile operator from the phone number provided.

I don't know which mobile operator to select?
When purchasing a top-up the operator should be automatically selected during the recharge process from the app. You can change the operator before you proceed.
Unfortunately, if you’re looking to top-up using a specific operator and they do not appear as an option, they are not currently available.
If you do not know the operator of the recipient’s phone, please contact them to find this out before topping up.
